13 gauge, galvanized uprights with a zinc primer followed by an electrostatically applied, oven cured powder coating. Plastisol coating is .08"-.10" thick and meets all requirements of the CPSIA for lead content. Utilizes high pressure cast aluminum, two piece clamps with time saving innovation for installation. Decks are formed and welded from durable, high strength, 11 gauge steel. Coated by immersion for uniform coverage. 100% polyethylene plastic sheets are 3/4" thick for excellent strength and durability, resistance to delaminating, low moisture absorption, corrosion resistance and UV stability. Stainless steel hardware is used for all components.
